Environment Quality and Excellence

The Institute for Biological Research, as an organization whose mission is to carry out advanced and innovative research and development in the fields of biology, chemistry and environmental sciences for achieving national goals, conducts its scientific and science-support activities with a quality and excellence approach. In order to realize this goal, the Institute has been accredited since 1999 for the ISO9001 standard.

Infrastructure, Engineering And Logistics

The Infrastructure, Engineering and Logistic division is responsible for construction, infrastructure development, operations, energy and general maintenance. The Division considers its mission to ensure the improvement and upgrading of the Institute's facilities and systems, and to ensure appropriate research conditions in a dynamic and changing technological environment, according to specific research needs.

Procurement

The Procurement Department coordinates all scientific and other procurement activities for the ongoing activities of the Institute in Israel. The department encompasses various fields of knowledge, designed to provide the Institute's customers with the best service while adhering to the purchasing rules (product quality, best price, delivery time).
