IIBR is the leading research laboratory in Israel in the field of physical protection (skin and respiratory research). The physical protection group specializes in sorption and filtration processes, R&D of filter canisters, research on chemical agent permeation through protective clothing and evaluation of protection conferred by respirators, air blowers and protective suits.
